Yes. We deliver training at your premises anywhere in Kenya -- Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and upcountry. We also train at our Nairobi centre and deliver online for distributed teams. For organisations outside Nairobi, we factor travel into programme costs transparently.

Workshop rates start from KES 25,000 per day for groups up to 20 participants. Individual sessions from KES 5,000. Corporate multi-session programmes from KES 80,000. Fully customised multi-week programmes from KES 150,000. NGOs and CBOs are eligible for preferential rates. All pricing is itemised with no hidden fees.

Yes. All participants receive WinK Dev Solutions certificates of completion. For relevant programmes we also assist with preparation for internationally recognised certifications including CompTIA Security+, Google Data Analytics, Microsoft certifications, and others, depending on the programme.

Yes, and this is a significant part of our work. We have trained NGO field teams, CBO members, government health workers, and community groups across Kenya. We understand the budget realities and operational contexts of the development sector and price accordingly. Preferential rates are available for registered NGOs and CBOs.

Our standard workshops are designed for groups of 5-20 for optimal interaction and learning. For larger organisations, we deliver to multiple cohorts, or design train-the-trainer programmes that build internal capacity to cascade learning across a large workforce. We have delivered programmes to organisations with 500+ staff.

All participants receive training materials and reference guides to keep. They also have access to our post-training support channel for 30 days for follow-up questions. For corporate programmes, we provide a detailed outcomes report and offer optional coaching sessions to embed learning in practice.
